Wright Institute:
What: WILA serves the diverse communities of Los Angeles by providing affordable high-quality psychotherapy services while training the next generation of socially conscious mental health professionals.

LA County Department of Mental Health:
What: Mental health services provided include assessments, case management, crisis intervention, medication support, peer support and other rehabilitative services. The department also provides counseling to victims of natural or manmade disasters, their families and emergency first responders.

You will want to call the customer service line on the back of your insurance card and ask to be referred to someone who is in-network with your new insurance. Medi-Cal has multiple servicers and so your insurance may be under a company like Health Net, Kaiser, etc. which all have different options for therapy coverage.

Know the signs. Find the words. Reach out. Know the Signs features an annual Suicide Prevention Digital Toolkit and suicide prevention resources. There is a section for youth and schools and resources in Spanish and many other languages.

Together for Wellness:
A collaborative group of stakeholders across the state representing mental health services, nonprofits, academic institutions, health agencies, foundations and consumers.
